The Lagoon Monster
Forme d'Acqua, in collaboration with Kultur A.S. - metropolitan municipality of Istanbul, municipality of Cavallino treporti and Consorzio Promovetro Murano and with the support of local institutions and the involvement of local creative people, professionals and artisans is glad to present the exhibition "The Lagoon Monster".
Art, design and technology blend together in an amazing journey, in search of a new language which allows two ancient and opposing matters to interact: water and glass.
A steel skeleton, a glassy skin of Murano glass, created by glassmaker Nicola Moretti and an innovative technological soul give life to the magic creature originated by the legend told by Alberto Toso Fei.
